Fondazione Floriani, established in Milan in 1977, from a donation by Virgilio and Loredana Floriani, is a nonpartisan and non-denominational not-for-profit organization, which sets up and distributes funding to palliative care centers with the aim of assisting the incurably sick. The agencies funded by Fondazione Floriani address all aspects of a patient’s suffering, from the physical and psychological, to the spiritual and social.
